Request to Delete Your BO Account and Biniyog App Data
At Biniyog, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your BO account and your account in the Biniyog app, along with all associated data, we’ve made the process simple and secure.
To permanently delete your account and data from Biniyog, please follow these steps:
1. Send an Email – Email us at support@biniyog.com.bd from your registered email address.
2. Verification Process – Our team will verify your request to ensure the security of your data.
3. Initiation of Deletion – Once verified, we will initiate the account and data deletion process.
⏳ Processing Time: The deletion process may take a few working days. You will receive a confirmation once the process is completed.
✅ Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
✅ Your BO account and all personal data associated with Biniyog will be erased.
✅ If you have active investments, please ensure you handle them before proceeding.
